The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station and surrounded by shops. Room size felt decent, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I really appreciated that breakfast was brought to my room. It was plentiful with a nice variety each day. Staff members were genuinely helpful with local tips and directions. On the downside, there were thin walls, so noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome at night. The entrance configuration was quite odd, having to pass through a sandwich shop and then up two flights of stairs. The room's decor seemed outdated, and some areas needed a bit of love, especially the bathroom, which could use some cleaning attention. This place is great for a budget stay but be ready for some quirks.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for exploring Geneva.
Unfortunately, my room was on the side of the building, and I was met with strong cooking smells from neighboring flats. As there's no air conditioning, I had to leave the window open during the warm evening, which just made things worse. To top it off, the mattress had a spring that poked into my side.

The fresh fish offerings nearby were great, particularly at Izumi. Plus, we were right in the heart of Geneva, just minutes from the lake and more dining gems like La Creperie de la Place.
If you're driving, brace yourself! Navigating the busy streets and finding the entrance was a challenge, especially with the lobby on the 3rd floor. We heard a bit more from the neighbors than we'd like, but it didn't totally dampen the stay.

Location is excellent, silence, nice bed.
No fridge, no bathrobes and slippers, no shampoo.

missingWrote a review on 09 Novcentral locationcomfortable beddated decor
Centrally located just off the pedestrian street from the train station. The bed provided decent comfort despite the slightly dated decor that hinted at a former grander time.
The room felt cramped, and the bathroom definitely showed signs of age with some cleanliness concerns including a sink that had an unpleasant smell. Noisy at night without AC, only a fan provided, leading to a hot night's sleep. The fridge was more of a non-cooling cupboard than a proper cooling unit. Breakfast options varied from underwhelming butter and cheese to an overabundance of jam without much to spread it on.
